Nostalgia

This little glass fronted French cupboard is in our downstairs WC! (Yes, those are spare loo rolls in there!!) I have a collection of clutter in it that I enjoy adding to and looking at - Visitors seem to spend a long time in our loo- so I guess they have a good look too!! ;-))

There are bits and bobs that I have collected from flea markets, antiques fairs etc. with a common colour theme......

The dried Hydrangeas came from my garden last year...I love the way they fade....

I store my linen handtowels in this fabric lined basket....

This is a 1910 calendar that I have hung on the key...just what every loo needs!!!

  2. Oh my this is so gorgeous Niki! Especially that 1910 hydrangea calendar is beautiful! And all that violette and lily of the valley stuff is so delightful too! I wish I had more space in my tiny bathroom to decorate it. I also dry my hydrangeas and I have some vintage glass flacons and pretty old fashioned cosmetic stuff decorated in my bedroom with old rose pictures etc. Will have to think of taking a picture next time.
